Adult Chemical Dependency Outpatient Program

Adult sessions are held Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m.  The Family Education component is held on Friday.  This level of care allows the patient to receive intense CD treatment while still interacting with their home, work and community environments.

  • Comprehensive evaluation by a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor
  • Individualized treatment plan
  • Assessment and monitoring by a Registered Nurse
  • Educational groups focusing on the disease concept, 12 Steps of AA/NA, and relapse prevention
  • Group therapy daily and Individual therapy as needed
  • Physical examination and intervention by a physician
  • Aftercare Support Services
