From North:
Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health System is located approximately 45 minutes south of Louisville, Kentucky.
Take I-65 south. South of Louisville, KY you will pass Exit 121-Brooks Road, Exit 117-Shepherdsville/Mt. Washington, Exit 112-Clermont/Bardstown, Exit 105-Boston /Lebanon Junction.
Continue to Exit 102, the Joe Prather Highway, HWY 313. Take this exit and follow for 8.5 miles until you get to first stoplight. McDonalds is on the right. Turn left at stoplight onto 31W going south. Merge into the right lane. At next stoplight, turn right at Intersection 434. After right turn, continue straight through light and Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health is on the left.

From South:
Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health System is located approximately 2 ½ hours north of Nashville, Tennessee.
Take I-65 north. North of Bowling Green, KY you will pass Glendale Exit 86, Elizabethtown exits 91 and 94.
Take Exit 102, the Joe Prather Highway, HWY 313. Follow the Joe Prather Highway for 8.5 miles until you get to first stoplight. McDonalds is on the right. Turn left at stoplight onto 31W going south. Merge into the right lane. At next stoplight, turn right at Intersection 434. After right turn, continue straight through light and Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health is on the left.

From East:
Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health System is located approximately 1½ hours from Lexington, Kentucky.
Take the Bluegrass Parkway/Martha Layne Collins Parkway west to I-65. Go north on I-65. You will pass Elizabethtown, Exit 94.
From I-65, take Exit 102, the Joe Prather Highway, HWY 313. Follow the Joe Prather Highway for 8.5 miles until you get to first stoplight. McDonalds is on the right. Turn left at stoplight onto 31W going south. Merge into the right lane. At next stoplight, turn right at Intersection 434. After right turn, continue straight through light and Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health is on the left.

From West:
Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health System is located approximately 2 ½ hours from Paducah, Kentucky.
Take the Western Kentucky Parkway to I-65. Go north on I-65. You will pass Elizabethtown, Exit 94.
From I-65, take Exit 102, the Joe Prather Highway, HWY 313. Follow the Joe Prather Highway for 8.5 miles until you get to first stoplight. McDonalds is on the right. Turn left at stoplight onto 31W going south. Merge into the right lane. At next stoplight, turn right at Intersection 434. After right turn, continue straight through light and Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health is on the left.

From Elizabethtown area:
Follow 31W north towards Radcliff. Pass the Joe Prather Highway.  Continue on 31W for approximately 3 miles. You will pass a Dollar General on the right, a Good Year store on the right, a Walgreens on the left.  At the Lincoln Trail Boulevard stoplight turn left (McDonalds on your right).  On Lincoln Trail Boulevard go through the 1st stoplight at Woodland Drive, immediately get in left lane. Clinic will be on the left therefore turn left to make a U turn. Once U turn is made, the clinic will be on the right.
