Outpatient Clinic
Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health System's outpatient services offer convenient and flexible treatment for children, adolescents and adults through our Radcliff location. The center is designed to provide easy access to our professionals and to support individuals who need help, but do not require the structure and intensity of inpatient treatment. Services offered through the Outpatient Center include individual, group, marital and family counseling.
Angie Walker, LCSW, Terri Smith, LCSW and Katherine Casabella, LCSW are contracted providers for many health care insurance plans. We also offer financial arrangements if needed.

Directions to the Outpatient Clinic
From Elizabethtown area:
- Follow 31W north towards Radcliff.
- Pass the Joe Prather Highway.
- Continue on 31W for approximately 3 miles. You will pass a Dollar General on the right, a Good Year store on the right, a Walgreens on the left.
- At the Lincoln Trail Boulevard stoplight turn left (McDonalds on your right).
- On Lincoln Trail Boulevard go through the 1st stoplight at Woodland Drive, immediately get in left lane.
- Clinic will be on the left therefore turn left to make a U turn.
- Once U turn is made, the clinic will be on the right.
